一、符合标准：Conform to the standard:

符合GB/T2406《塑料燃烧性能试验方法---氧指数法》以及JIS7201、BS2782、ANSI/ASTM、D2863、ISO4589、试验标准。

二、适用范围：Scope of application:

用于判断材料在空气中与火焰接触时燃烧的难易度，适用于均质固体材料、层压材料、软片和薄膜材料。

Used to judge the material in contact with the flame in the air when it is the ease of burning, applicable to homogeneous solid materials, laminated material, film and thin film materials.

三、主要参数:The main parameters:

3.1氧气浓度(氧指数)：为数显直读

3.2氧气浓度(氧指数)传感器:美国进口.

3.3三个压力表分别提供氧气输出压力、氮气输出压力和混合气体输出压力，可通过调节阀调节气压大小。

3.4测量范围：0-80%，分辨率：0.1L/min

3.5测量精度：2.5级

3.6燃烧筒：石英玻璃筒，内径：100mm  高度：500mm

3.7燃烧筒顶部气体流速：90mm±10mm/s

3.8燃烧筒内气体流速：40mm±2mm/s

3.9输入压力：0.25～0.5 Mpa可调；

3.10氧气、氮气混合气体入口：包括稳压阀、流量调节阀、气体过滤器和混合室。

3.11试样夹可用于软质和硬质塑料。

3.12点火器：专用丁烷手持式电子电火器

3.13气体：工业级氧气、氮气。

3.14计时器准确度：±0.5s

3.15电源要求：AC220（±10%）V/50HZ 。
