一、适用范围：              

 通过燃烧产物气流中氧气浓度计算出的氧气消耗量以及燃烧产物燃烧时热释放速率，材料的热释放速率也是材料燃烧性能中最重要的参数,比较准确地测量材料燃烧过程中的热释放速率,对于预测火灾危害及其阻燃防治处理极为重要。

三、主要性能参数：The main performance parameters:

3.1辐射锥：加热功率5kw, 辐射强度：100kw/m2,配有三个热电偶测量温度。

3.2辐射屏蔽层：不燃材料制成，总厚度不超过12mm;

3.3辐射控制：辐射控制系统能适当调节，能保持辐射锥热热电偶的温度控制在预设值的±10℃；

3.4称重设备：为进口的高精度电子天平，称量500g,分辨率0.01g；

3.5试样安装架：不锈钢制成，为一个方形敞口盘，上端开口106mmx106mm，深度25mm，厚度2.4mm；

3.6定位架：采用厚度为1.9mm不锈钢制成的方盒，方盒内边的尺寸111mm，高度54mm，用于试验面的开口为94mmx94mm

3.7排气系统：由离心风机、集烟罩、风机的进气和排烟管道以及孔板流量计组成

3.8气体取样装置：取样泵、烟尘过滤器、除湿冷阱、排空的旁路系数、水分过滤器、CO2过滤器。

3.9点火器：采用电火花点火器进行外部点火。

3.10点火器计时器：视值分辨率：0.1s, 计时误差：1s/1N

3.11气体分析仪以及关键部件均为原装进口。

3.12红外02、CO分析仪各一套

3.13带64为高精度板卡、电脑和8.4寸液晶显示，带TCP/IP和RS-232多种通讯接口选择

3.14氧气测量：采用顺磁式氧气测量

3.15数据采集系统可收集记录氧气浓度、一氧化碳浓度、温度、热释放速率、质量损失率等试验数据，可保存；

3.18烟气处理系统:采用强力排风系统，本机装有强力排风扇，当试验完成后，启动排风扇系统将废气排出室外,作其中净化处理，满足国家排放标准。（进化系统费用另计）
