一、适用范围：Scope of application
主要用于对塑料或塑料部件处于50W火焰条件下,水平或垂直方向燃烧,测定塑料及塑料部件燃烧性能。以判断塑料耐火等级。

三、 燃烧箱体：Burning body:
3.1箱体：0.5m3，采用数控机床加工成型，圆弧造型美观大方.优质SUS304不锈材料/烤漆，具有美观防锈防腐等特点。
3.2箱体顶部设有抽风排烟系统，在试验完成时，能将废气排出到室外；试验过程中，此系统为停止状态。
3.3箱体正面设有试验过程中可以密封的钢化玻璃观察窗，便于观察试验情况。

四、 燃烧喷灯：Combustion burner
4.1本公司自制喷灯，完全符合IEC 60695-11-4：2004火焰A、B或C的要求。
4.2喷火口直径：Ф0.95±0.3mm，喷汽口：Ф0.9±0.03mm，喷口距空气进口高度为100±10mm
4.3喷灯角度：水平为90度，垂直为45度
4.4火焰高度：20±20。

五、 测温系统：Temperature measurement system
5.1热传感器（铜制导管和热电偶）—导管结构应为传导率极高的电解铜。长度为8.8±0.02mm,直径：Ф5.5±0.01mm
5.2 K型热电耦，配0.5mm直径的不锈钢管做外套。
智能PID温控表和K型热电耦相匹配。其读数可大1000℃。
5.3整过测试系统为：活动式，测温时将其置于试验箱内，进行测温。
5.4配备电子秒表：精确到0.1S（在测温校验时备用）
